APPOINTMENT POLICY

Timeliness is expected and appreciated. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and you will be billed as a same day cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hour notice is required. You are able to cancel online within 48 hours of your appointment. All clients are required to have a credit or debit card on file. Please understand your appointment time in reserved for you. When you cancel without proper notice or simply do not show up I am unable to book that time slot and miss out on giving that time to paying clients. You will receive two separate appointment reminders. One via email 72 hours prior to your appointment, as well as a text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will be able to change/cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time, via the text or email reminders that you will receive.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cashdebit card, credit card, and  Pay are accepted forms of payment. You can either use your card on file or a different payment choice during your appointment.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Eye Candy Lash Studio does not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for services rendered or products sold. Do to health and sanitation- all sales are final on retail products unless defective, then it will be replaced.

CHILDREN

Due to safety and liability considerations small children may not accompany you to your appointment, as I cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
